How to change the Admin of your Bizversity Enterprise Account
To change Admins on your Enterprise Account, you will need to transfer the current email address on the account to your new admin's email address. Please reach out to the support team using the chat in the bottom right with your existing and new email address.
What happens to my personal Bizversity membership now that I am on a Team/Enterprise Plan?
Your personal Bizversity account does not change when joining a Team or Enterprise plan. What happens to my Automatic Payments if I join a Team/Enterprise plan? How to cancel my iTunes subscription now that I am on a team plan?
Accepting the gifted Bizversity membership access from a company does not automatically cancel your iTunes subscription and we are unable to cancel your iTunes subscription on your behalf. An iTunes subscription needs to be cancelled via iTunes in order to stop being charged by them in the future.
