# How to Delete My Account

Remember, deleting your account is permanent and can not be reversed.

**You can delete your account from your device through the iOS or Android app.**

1.  Log into the Bizversity app
    
2.  Tap the 'Account' tab at the bottom
    
3.  Tap 'Edit Profile'
    
4.  Click 'Delete account'
    

**You can also delete your account from the website.**

1.  Go to [watch.bizversity.com](http://watch.bizversity.com/)
    
2.  Login to your account using your email address and password
    
3.  Then go to the [Security page](https://watch.bizversity.com/dashboard/security)
    
4.  Click the 'Request deletion of my account' button
    

Once you have done this all your records will be deleted from our database.
