If you are under an existing Starter plan, you only can access Bizversity via 1 device [mobile, tablet or apple TV] at any one time.  To switch to a different device you will need to log out of the original device so you can log into the current device. 

However, if you are on a Fast Growth plan, you can access Bizversity via 3 devices, at the same time! 

In case you are still having trouble after logging out of the original device, please allow 2 to 3 hours for the app to restore your session and try again.
