Did your subscription payment fail? Here are two things you can do to fix it:
- Ensure the credit card details you gave us are correct e.g. check to see if the expiry date on your card matches the one given to us. In order to check or update your credit card details with Bizversity, click this link: How do I update my credit card details
- Check with your bank to see if your account has enough funds to pay for your chosen subscription plan.
Once you have fixed any errors, wait 24 hours and our system should successfully process the payment!
