If you find yourself unable to use Bizversity, there are a couple of options for troubleshooting.
- Firstly, check if your internet connection is working properly. Ensure you have a stable internet connection as the app requires a strong and stable connection to work.
- Check if you have entered your email address correctly, check for spelling and ensure there are no trailing spaces as the login box is case sensitive. Any spaces between and after your email address will prohibit you from logging in
- If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Having trouble logging in?" to reset your password.
- Check you have the latest version of the app downloaded on your device.
If that doesn’t work, close the Bizversity app, relaunch it again and try logging back in.
